✅ Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, IT, or a technical role.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and email skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience (preferred, but not required).
✅ Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple ongoing vendor integrations for customers, ensuring successful data exchange.
* Communicate and follow up frequently with vendors to ensure smooth integration processes.
* Ensure timelines and expectations are met with internal requesters and vendors.
* Monitor integration processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Maintain documentation of integrations, progress, and issues.
* Follow internal processes using tools like HubSpot for tracking.
* Continuously improve processes based on feedback from teams and vendors.
