Position overview: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager who can own and execute the company’s full digital marketing strategy. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands both B2B and B2C digital funnels, and can build and run performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels with minimal direction. Key responsibilities: * Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and social media. * Manage advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive performance. * Build email marketing campaigns and manage segmentation, automation, and analytics. * Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. * Optimize website content and structure for SEO and conversion. * Stay current on digital marketing trends and apply insights to improve strategy. * Collaborate with the marketing team and other internal teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing efforts. * Manage and report on digital marketing budgets. * Conduct competitor research and recommend strategic adjustments. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven ownership of full campaigns. Hands-on expertise in: * Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) * Google Analytics (GA4), performance reporting, and A/B testing. * SEO strategy and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) * Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. * Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision. * High-level written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice-to-haves: * Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments. * Familiarity with the home décor, fashion, or design-driven industries. * Background in brand storytelling, creative direction, or visual-first marketing. * Experience managing freelancers, designers, or contractors.
