The RoleThis role will lead enterprise customizations for Nadia—our AI coach—adapting and deploying tailored solutions for complex customer environments. Open to less years for exceptional builders who ship and learn fast.LLM/AI experience: prompt design, evaluation, and deployment of LLM-powered systems. Understanding of memory/knowledge retrieval and safety/guardrails.Systems & judgment: track record of deciding what should be bespoke vs. reusable, designing for modularity without over-engineering.Enterprise craft: stakeholder management, discovery, and communication.
