This job is remote anywhere but covers Argentina's time zone. Requirements: * Gaming or software development experience. * Agile methodologies experience. * You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English and Spanish. Responsibilities: ⚡ Manage projects, assign tasks, and lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team composed of designers, programmers, artists, and testers. ⚡ Manage the development of new games throughout all production stages: concept, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold. ⚡ Overseeing quality in collaboration with the team and the internal/external experts involved in the project. ⚡ Ensure proper communication with customers and project stakeholders for project execution and plan follow-up. ⚡ Run 1+ projects simultaneously and be in charge of the overall schedule. ⚡ Develop project plans and track their progress. ⚡ Run daily standup meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning ceremonies, sprint demos, and retrospectives. ⚡ Manage Jira and Confluence Spaces, keeping up to date on tasks and documentation. ⚡ Help establish and optimize best-in-class production processes. ⚡ Work closely with the Product Team to develop the roadmap and the game releases.
