We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will drive a motivated team of engineers, focused on building the core technical infrastructure for our operations (infrastructure, AI/ML, shared services). This group supports a wide range of technologies, from compute workloads to data storage, through networking and security concerns. Responsibilities: - You support, coach, mentor, and grow a distributed (US only) team of engineers working primarily on our systems and infrastructure. - You work closely with other managers, directors, and engineers across the organization to ensure that our solutions meet their expectations, and constantly evolve them to stay relevant. - You empower your group to make critical contributions to our architecture and infrastructure, steering the team to provide performant, secure, and compliant solutions to the Engineering organization and our stakeholders. - You help create an environment where different backgrounds, cultures, industry and life experiences are celebrated and valued. - You partner up with our Security, and Compliance, and Finance stakeholders. - You evolve how the group interacts with their internal and external customers, how it communicates, and prioritizes against Omada’s business goals.
