As the Sales Development Lead (Outbound), you will play an essential role in Bunny Studio's exponential growth by leading a team of business development reps. Our collaborative environment encourages proactive support among team members, valuing both technical expertise and a sense of humor. Requirements: ✓ Extensive experience in a sales or sales development role with a high call volume. ✓ Experience leading teams with SDRs, making calls at least half the time. ✓ Proven cold-calling experience in tech companies. ✓ Demonstrated experience in developing SDR programs and playbooks. ✓ Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct-to-brand, SaaS sales, leadership, and sales coaching. ✓ Proven track record of exceeding targets in a disciplined and consultative sales process with large, complex organizations. ✓ Experienced using various sales tools like Salesloft, Interstellar, Lavender, Lemlist, In-house SDR, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Chorus/Gong Outreach. ✓ The candidate should provide a coherent and comprehensive explanation of their track record of goal accomplishment. Responsibilities: • Train and lead outbound business development reps and SDRs. • Design and drive the entire sales process. • Deliver persuasive sales pitches. • Build out a Sales Development program. • Train and lead a team of outbound business development reps. • Design and drive the entire sales process.
