Requirements and responsibilities

🟢 Responsibilities: ◽ Work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Partners, Business Process Owners, business analysts, and developers to design solutions to meet business needs in accordance with industry best practices. ◽ Work collaboratively and apply strong communication skills in facilitating technical discussions and presentations. ◽ Play the role of a technical SME in internal strategic initiatives to grow the platform. ◽ Serve as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the SalesForce platform. ◽ Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable. ◽ Soft skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders to discuss needs and opportunities and translate them into solutions. ◽ Provide oversight, coach, and mentor junior team members to apply best practices, including estimating work, test-driven development practices, configuration over customization, etc. Teams would include vendor partners as well. ◽ Serve in a release manager capacity as needed to plan and lead the team through releases.
