Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Contract Validation Specialist to support the validation of contract fields in documents imported into our Ironclad CLM system. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and eager to learn repetitive but critical data validation tasks that ensure data accuracy and compliance across our legal operations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesValidate and verify contract fields in documents imported into Ironclad CLM.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of contract metadata and related data points.Review, identify, and correct discrepancies in contract information.Maintain structured documentation of validation progress and issues identified.Collaborate with legal operations or data teams to resolve data quality gaps.Follow standardized processes and quality guidelines for data validation.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Ability to perform repetitive validation tasks with consistency and focus.Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, preferably Ironclad CLM.Basic understanding of contract documents and field structures is a plus.Proficient in MS Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools for tracking and reporting.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Quick learner with a process-oriented mindset.AI DisclaimerWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
