The Human Resource Manager is responsible for talent acquisition, employer branding, reporting, and administration of company policies.The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent HR Manager, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding)Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experienceMaintain and improve recruitment processes, tools, and metricsCoordinate with regional HR teams to align recruitment with broader business goalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field requiredA minimum of five years of experience in Human ResourcesStrong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergenciesSuperb conflict resolution skillsAbility to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all timesStrong knowledge of laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient in HRIS and talent management systems
