About the roleOur HR Analyst will serve as the connection between data, strategy, and people. The analyst will manage the metrics that drive workforce decisions, the dashboards that inform leadership, and the HR systems. This role is essential to scaling accurately, has a direct correlation in retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance across our organization.What you'll doHR Metrics & DashboardsMaintain and progress dashboards for headcount, attrition, DEI, onboarding/offboarding, productivity, performance management, compensation, pulse surveys, and others as required.Analyze trends and deliver actionable insights to HR leadershipSupport monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles with precision and clarityHRIS & Data IntegrityOwn data accuracy across HR systems (e.g., Rippling, Fidelity, Carriers, LinkedIn, etc.)Manage employee lifecycle updates and system auditsPartner with IT and Finance on data governance and integrationsRecruiting AnalyticsTrack all recruiting metrics, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill/hire, and onboarding metrics, candidate/manager surveys, candidate conversion rates, etc.Support diversity hiring metrics and pipeline reportingCollaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to optimize recruiting strategiesBenefits & ComplianceAdminister 401(k) and local benefits programsEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesSupport audits and documentation for internal and external stakeholdersHR Process & Policy DevelopmentDraft and maintain HR process documentation and policy manualsCollaborate with HR leadership to develop standardize workflows and ensure regulatory alignmentHR Confluence Space ManagementBuild and maintain the HR Confluence space as a centralized knowledge hubEnsure content is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational changesPartner with stakeholders to expand and evolve the space as needs growQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field35 years of experience in HR analytics, operations, or systemsFluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Advanced Excel and experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling a plus)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) is a plusFamiliarity with Confluence or other knowledge management platforms preferredDoes this role sound like the next step in your career?Wed love to hear from you!
