Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and operation of IAM solutions across enterprise environments; Define and drive IAM strategy, governance frameworks, and best practices; Oversee identity lifecycle management processes (joiner, mover, leaver); Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms across systems and applications; Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions; Manage and optimize directory services, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management (PAM); Monitor, audit, and improve IAM processes to ensure compliance and security standards; Lead and mentor a team of IAM specialists while coordinating with global stakeholders
