This role includes developing and managing effective delivery strategies based on known business objectives. Detailed tasks include managing the strategy and planning of paid search accounts, managing the launch of new programs, guiding the optimization to meet specified performance objectives, and managing client’s expectations and communications throughout the duration of the engagement.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of client’s products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectivesAnalyze performance data and site analytics to develop insights for use in monthly and quarterly reporting.Be responsible for various size PPC budgets and ensure money is being spent effectively and as scheduledClosely manage project plans, launch plans, our scope of work, and delivery timelines to ensure each team is delivering on schedule and to specificationAssist in paid channel testing and analyzing results to increase KPI’sBe highly analytical with data and forecasting while exercising the ability to meet monthly and quarterly forecastBe a problem solver; understand why KPI’s are performing where they areStay current with industry trends, best practices and discusses potential impact with teamHave a base knowledge of Automotive OEM guidelines & rules to implement within automotive accounts.Maintain positive relationships with search engines, understand search engine services, capabilities, and requirementsProvide support to Finance Department for billing and search engine invoicingQualifications4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required3+ years of experience in paid search engine marketing, agency experience preferred (Google AdWords and Microsoft adCenter)Skills & ExperienceAbility to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the businessExperience with advanced PPC knowledge: product listing ads, dynamic search, landing page testing and optimizationStrong data analytics and strategy background (Google Analytics required)Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamworkHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly – Excel and PowerPointExceptional oral, written, presentation and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to work as a member of a team
