The Role

We are looking for a Product Developer who does not just “manage processes” but re-invents them. Someone who sees R&D as a growth engine, not a back-office function.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Architect and execute internal R&D experiments across our diverse event delivery and guest acquisition processes
- Optimize workflows, data systems, and team structures to strengthen the operational foundation of our global events
- Lead pilot programs for new internal tools and technologies that elevate the executive experience
- Conduct strategic "stress tests" on current systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact scaling
- Partner closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure every internal system is performance-driven and user-friendly
- Use tools such as Zapier, Airtable, and CRM platforms to turn manual headaches into automated, actionable insights
- Monitor industry trends in automation and AI to proactively adapt our processes and maintain a competitive advantage
