Role Overview:
We're seeking an Analytics Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, analytics solutions, and insightful dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize data analytics solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics systems.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive analytics solutions.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
