What you'll do: - Automate business processes in ERPNext (custom scripts, webhooks, logic). - Create and manage Zapier workflows connecting ERP, CRM, email, and Google tools. - Build Excel dashboards and automate data flows using API or macros. - Develop Python scripts to generate reports, alerts, and business logic. - Collaborate directly with executive leadership to identify automation opportunities. Must-Have Experience 2–5 years of experience in: - ERPNext/Frappe custom scripting. - Python (pandas, requests, API integrations). - Zapier (multi-step, filters, webhooks). - Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, or scripting). - Strong written and spoken English. - Independent, self-starter mindset. Bonus points for: - Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or packaging. - Spanish/English bilingual. - Familiarity with Git, PostgreSQL/MariaDB, or Docker.
