Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager based in Colombia who is ready to execute and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for our newly launched Forex/Trading broker. ✅ What You'll Do: - Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). - Report on performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.). - Manage budgets, A/B tests, creative iterations. - Collaborate with content & design teams for ad assets. - Help to build high-converting funnels and CRO. - Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, Binom/Voluum Tracker, or similar. - Deliver insights & campaign reports in English. 🎯 What You Bring: - 3+ years running performance campaigns (hands-on). - Proven wins with Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. - Strong data literacy (Excel, Looker, or Google Data Studio). - Bilingual: English + Native Spanish (Colombia-based). - Experience with Finance, Forex/Trading, eComm, lead gen, or growth funnels (bonus!). 💼 This is for you if: - You’re hungry to scale performance, not just "manage" it. - You’re excited to own campaign outcomes end-to-end. - You like autonomy, speed, and remote flexibility. 💸 Compensation: - Competitive salary in USD or USDT. - Performance-based bonuses. - Remote flexibility.
