Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Prospect SMB decision-makers (owners, ops leads, CTOs) across the U.S., prioritizing industries that rely on custom web/mobile apps. - Craft and launch high-volume, highly-personalized cold-email sequences; follow up with cold calls and LinkedIn touches to drive replies. - Qualify leads (budget, need, timing, tech stack) and schedule discovery calls for the founder/AE; own weekly meeting-set quota. - Maintain a clean CRM: log all activities, update deal stages, and keep contact data accurate. - A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and calling scripts; track open/reply/conversion metrics and iterate fast. - Sync with marketing & engineering to leverage fresh case studies, success metrics, and technical insights in outreach. - Deliver concise weekly pipeline reports and share prospect feedback to sharpen our SMB value proposition. Requirements: - 1–3 years’ success as an outbound SDR/BDR for software, SaaS, or dev-services—remote experience preferred. - Demonstrated ability to book meetings with SMBs via cold email + phone; provide recent KPI samples. - Native-level written & spoken English; Spanish or French a plus. - Proficient with modern sales stack: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), email automation (Apollo, Lemlist, Reply.io), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP dialers. - Basic understanding of custom-software concepts (Next.js, Django/DRF, cloud, integrations) to speak credibly with technical or semi-technical SMB buyers. - Strong copy-writing: concise, value-focused, error-free. - Self-motivated, metrics-driven, and comfortable working 100% remote across U.S. time zones; able to overlap 4+ hours with Eastern Time. - Reliable high-speed internet, quiet calling environment, and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor or employee (as applicable).
