- This role is responsible for engaging warm qualified leads in meaningful and motivating conversations that result in a signed contract for Stillwater Properties.
- Success in this role will require asking pointed questions and offering valuable insights. During your conversations, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's motivation and goals.
- This means you will be conducting frequent sales calls, answering emails, making offers on hot leads, effectively nurturing leads, running appointments, and taking pictures of properties.
- Managing a consistent pipeline of new opportunities for Stillwater Properties will be a key responsibility.
