JLL is seeking a People Experience Specialist to join their client account HR team in West Chester, OH. The specialist will support the delivery of an excellent HR experience to the client account JLL team members, advising and coaching managers in HR processes, reporting and analyzing data, and being the Subject Matter Expert in HR systems, talent, and people life-cycle processes. The role also involves participating in the Account Inclusion Network and providing support to Regional Account HR Leads. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field, 2-3 years of HR experience, and proficiency in HR systems, reporting, and data analytics. Fluency in Spanish is desirable, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization is essential.
