We are looking for a Service Designer with research experience to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Service Designer, you will work with ambitious clients to design new services that create a positive impact for business, people, and the planet. You will lead multidisciplinary design projects, provide strategic consultancy to clients, and ensure that user insights are turned into differentiating service experiences. You will also play a key role in implementing new services, processes, and offerings, and contribute to the evolution of our service design practice. If you are a skilled professional with significant experience in service design, a visual thinker, and a problem solver with a 'here to help' attitude, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Work with ambitious clients to design new services that create a positive impact for business, people, and the planet. - Scope, plan, and lead multidisciplinary design projects with a global team of designers and provide strategic consultancy to clients. - Turn user insights and identified opportunities into differentiating service experiences, taking both the user and business perspective into consideration. - Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our service design solutions are delivered with top-notch quality. - Create real business transformation for our clients and play a key role in implementing new services, processes, and offerings. - Be a part of the service design practice in our studio and connect with our global community of service designers to evolve our practice.
