This role ensures quality standards, identifies training opportunities, and delivers insights to improve performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in content moderation or customer experience, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily quality audits to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines and client expectations.Track and monitor quality updates shared by the client, ensuring timely internal communication and alignment.Develop and publish Quality Bits and Pieces job aids for each new update or process change.Provide on the floor support, answer associate queries, and clarify quality related concerns in real time.Publish and distribute daily QA performance reports to relevant stakeholders.Review all QA disputes submitted by Supervisors and escalate valid cases to the client for final resolution.Facilitate weekly quality huddles with assigned teams to discuss performance trends, common errors, and best practices.Share quality insights and trends with the Operations Manager and client as part of regular business reviews.Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and decision making skillsAttention to detail and high standards for quality and complianceEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to translate quality trends into actionable insightsComfortable working with digital platforms and QA toolsTeam player with a proactive problem solving mindsetAbility to remain resilient and objective when handling sensitive contentStrong organizational and time management skillsRequired Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance, content moderation is highly preferredLanguage Skills: Proficient in English reading writing speaking and listening at least B2 levelCollege graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.Candidates must demonstrate willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule at our office locations in Imus or Bacoor, CaviteThis position is ideal for professionals passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in content moderation environments.Appen is the global leader in data for the AI Lifecycle with more than 25 years of experience in data sourcing, annotation, and model evaluation.
