WHO WE NEEDArootah is searching for an experienced Office Manager to consult with our highly prestigious client base. As a consultant, you will work with our Hedge Fund and Family Office clients to provide expert advice and support.What You'll DoImprove processes for optimal flow of operationsSupport the execution of effective monthly action plansIdentify internal and contextual roadblocksBreak apart goals into actionable stepsDevise a plan of action for each goalProvide the client with resources associated with implementing their action planImplement policies, procedures, and control measures.Review, analyze and report on client tools and resources to ensure industry best practicesEvaluate each client’s advancement toward goal actualization through key performance indicators (KPIs) and scoring matricesMaintain and share detailed and accurate records of consulting results (challenges, breakthroughs, etc.).QualificationsMinimum of bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a Hedge Fund, Alternative Investment Firm or Family OfficeExperience working with sophisticated institutional clientsDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skillsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong team player with strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firmSelf-starter with strong project management and follow-through skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsEnjoys organizing and is extremely detail orientedEducation and work experiences that demonstrate proficiency to perform the variety of responsibilities describedJob StatusContractorHours are based on the needs of the assigned client (0-40 hours per week).Salary$90 - $150 an hourThe hourly consulting rate of pay is expected to be a minimum of $90 and a maximum of $250, per hour.
