Client Solutions Advisor. Sales Team | Riverbend Consulting. Closer Wanted. When ecommerce sellers and brands face platform suspensions, every hour matters. A single product or account being taken down can threaten revenue and reputation. Riverbend Consulting is where they turn for help, and our Client Solutions Advisors are the ones who turn urgency into action. As a Client Solutions Advisor, you are the first call when a seller is in crisis. You listen fast, cut through the noise, and build trust quickly. You help prospects choose the right solution, move them through the sales process, and set the stage for a great client experience. You thrive in a high-velocity environment where follow-ups are fast, calls are constant, and every “yes” means saving someone’s business. This is a consultative sales role, but you are here to close deals. Success is measured in revenue, conversion rates, and repeat business. What You Will Do: * Run consultative calls: ask the right questions, uncover pain points, and create urgency for action. * Own the pipeline: work a steady stream of inbound leads, follow up with urgency, and keep deals moving daily. * Close business: present solutions clearly, overcome objections, and secure commitments on the spot. * Maximize revenue: position long-term coverage plans and identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells. * Follow through after the sale: confirm satisfaction and spot opportunities for repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with other teams: ensure a smooth handoff so clients get the experience they were promised. * Stay accountable to metrics: hit and exceed targets for calls, conversations, booked deals, and monthly revenue. What We Are Looking For: * Proven success in high-volume sales with experience closing business over phone or Zoom. * Hunter mentality: competitive, self-motivated, and driven to hit and beat goals. * Confident closer who can handle objections and keep deals moving. * High energy communicator who builds rapport quickly under pressure. * Organized and disciplined with CRM use (HubSpot preferred). * Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus. * Comfortable with 50+ calls a day and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Success in This Role: * Consistently exceeds monthly revenue and conversion goals. * Keeps pipeline clean and current with no missed follow-ups. * Builds strong client relationships that drive referrals and repeat work. * Sets accurate expectations with clients for the service team to deliver on.
