Nice-Pak Products is the world's leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality wet wipe products, producing over 100 billion wet wipes each year. Nice-Pak Products is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. The primary responsibilities include implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment process, executing sourcing strategies, and developing partnerships with local schools. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of human resource and recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with UltiPro Recruitment ATS and social platforms is preferred. Responsibilities: - Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and create effective recruitment strategies - Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Execute sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow and meet recruiting goals - Develop partnerships with local schools and other branding channels to recruit local talent - Administer the internal job posting process and assist in the development of succession plans - Schedule and coordinate interviews for hourly and salaried positions - Coordinate onboarding of new hires with the training department - Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback
