Sales Development Manager – BPO Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead client acquisition efforts and expand our presence across regions through remote and in-person channels.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in developing and executing targeted sales strategies within the BPO industry. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with the ability to engage effectively with clients both domestically and internationally. A strong aptitude for technology, strategic sales planning, and cross-cultural communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in the BPO industry or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in each language.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in engagement or CRM platforms, able to quickly learn new systems and explain them to clients effectively.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful sales strategies, with experience in developing processes from scratch.
- Customer-focused approach, with the ability to identify and solve client problems by proposing customized, tech-driven solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with clients in telecommunications, retail, and services.
- Ability to adapt language and strategy for diverse business environments across different markets.
