We are funded by top investment partners Accel, ELEVATION & Blume Ventures and have raised 31.8 Million USD in funding, including our latest Series B roundThe RoleWe are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager – Mid-Market to own and scale our partner ecosystem across the US. You will be responsible for building a strong network of consulting firms, MSPs/MSSPs, and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you will design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, enable partners with the right tools and content, and co-sell alongside our sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in SaaS alliances, channel sales, and partner management, and is eager to make a mark in a fast-scaling global SaaS company.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new Mid-Market partners (consulting firms, MSPs, MSSPs, channel partners) across the US.Drive seamless partner onboarding, including legal formalities, enablement training, and co-marketing kick-off.Build and deliver enablement assets such as joint value proposition decks and business plans.Collaborate with Sales teams on co-selling opportunities; join partner-led customer calls to close deals.Track partner performance across pipeline, deal registration, velocity, and win rates.Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on targets and co-sell strategies.Own partner scorecards and quarterly revenue targets.Refine partner segmentation, tiering, and GTM motions for scale.RequirementsOverall experience of 8-10 years with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B - C stageProven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countriesStrong sales acumen: familiarity with partner-led selling motionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in remote and in-person settingsFluent in English; additional European languages a plus (e.g., German, French)Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skillsBenefitsRemote First Policy5 Days Working With Flexi HoursGroup Medical Insurance (Parents, Spouse, Children)Group Accident CoverCompany Sponsored DeviceEducation Reimbursement PolicyAI DisclaimerWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
