Requirements and responsibilities

Position: Newgen BPM Developer Location: Noida. On a need basis, the candidate will have to relocate temporarily to Singapore. Job Type: Full time Experience: 4–5 years Work mode: WFH (occasional office presence required based on need) Payroll: Northcorp Software Notice Period: Immediate Mandatory key skills: * BPM Products: Newgen Omni Docs, Omni Flow, Process Manager, Process Moduler, BAM reporting tool Requirement Summary: * Proficiency in leading BPM and ECM teams and implementing standardized business processes to streamline project deliveries within time, cost, and quality parameters. * Expertise in the Newgen technical stack, including solid knowledge and experience with Newgen products such as IBPS, NewGen Form, Workflow, and Omni Docs. * Experience in designing and implementing Newgen interfaces using Java or C# for downstream and upstream systems. * Hands-on experience with the technical setup and operation of Newgen systems. * Proficiency in Inquiry APIs and Batch modules.
