Position overview:
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and client-obsessed Customer Growth Manager to take full ownership of client relationships and drive account performance across a portfolio of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-literate, and brings deep experience in CRM marketing, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

* Facebook Group Management: Develop partnerships with group admins, moderate discussions, and identify opportunities for brand growth.
* Instagram Engagement: Monitor, respond, and foster engagement to expand our audience.
* Content Creator Outreach: Research and collaborate with niche creators to develop user-generated and influencer content campaigns.
* Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate visuals, share blog posts, and curate engaging content tailored to brand audiences.
* Community Engagement: Respond to comments and questions while documenting interactions for visibility.
* Platform-Specific Tasks: Execute growth strategies on platforms like Amazon Posts, Pinterest, and others.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
* Strong written communication skills adaptable for diverse audiences.
* Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation.
* Self-starter capable of balancing multiple brands and projects.
* Must have the creativity to craft a brand's unique voice and the wit to make it unforgettable.

Nice-to-haves:

* Experience with user-generated content campaigns and influencer collaboration.
* Familiarity with customer demographics in the United States.
