Requirements and responsibilities


* Design, develop, and deploy Java-based backend services using Spring Boot. * Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and performance. * Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. * Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability. * Work closely with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines. * Document technical processes and participate in agile ceremonies. Requirements * Advanced level of English (written and spoken), able to communicate fluently with international teams. * 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer. * Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework. * Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular). * Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools. * Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
