Responsibilities

We are looking for a head of engineering to develop our platform further and build our vision as Latam’s blockchain gaming hub. Responsibilities: 🎯Developing technology roadmap and execution required in web to-related efforts for the company. 🎯Preparation and design of web 2 technology architecture, vulnerability, and cybersecurity management. 🎯Standardize and organize our development process using industry standards and clean code. Contact internal teams to find opportunities for process automation/simplification. 🎯Leading web 2 technology partnerships as well as external relationships for the company's technology related to web 2 and potential integrations with GGs.io. 🎯Ensure resources in development are used correctly and efficiently, setting KPIs and processes to measure them correctly, overseeing the development team and leading with the highest culture and performance standards, and planning and executing individual development goals for each member of the team. 🎯Web 3 development knowledge is not required but is a big plus. Requirements: ✔️In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development. ✔️Experience with React, Node, and Typescript. ✔️Proven experience as a technical lead or senior engineering role would lead to qualifications for a leadership position. ✔️Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. ✔️Ability to conduct technical analysis and research. ✔️Strong communication skills. ✔️Leadership and organizational abilities, hands-on experience with complex project management. ✔️Strategic thinking. ✔️Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to be hands-on when required. 👍You are expected to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English.
