They specialize in the acquisition and renovation of distressed multifamily properties in lower-middle-income, underserved communities. In the past 12 years, their portfolio has grown to over 13,000 apartment units owned and operated in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Baltimore. They are a six-time winner of Chicago Tribune’s “Top Workplace” award. Pangea is searching for a talented, ambitious, self-directed candidate to work as a Leasing Agent at one of our Indianapolis properties. The base pay starts at $14/hour and is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with the opportunity to earn a leasing bonus of over $1500/month. The role requires access to a reliable automobile as you’ll be expected to visit multiple sites throughout the day. Responsibilities: - Schedule, coordinate, and conduct unit showings with prospective tenants - Follow up with active prospects to find them a home with Pangea - Assist prospective tenants with applications - Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets - Work flexible hours as needed to show units - Navigate, update, and work effectively in Yardi software environment - Any projects or additional duties as requested
