You will work closely with a dedicated Engineering team, Product team, Support, Success, and Radformation leadership to outline and provide design specifications for new features, prioritize customer needs, and manage all software releases to ensure the continued optimization, reliability, and impact of EZFluence for clinics and patients.Responsibilities Include:Software feature prioritization and specification based on customer needsHandle product releases and all accompanying requirementsTesting product version prior to releaseVersion regression testing to ensure product integrityCoordinate with the Support and Success teams for customer troubleshootingShare feedback with the Product team, Engineering team, and Radformation leadershipRequired Experience:5 years experience as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Eclipse™ TPSProject management experience, including operational management and delivery across multiple products or product linesGeneral understanding of radiation oncology workflowsEZFluence experiencePreferred Experience:>5 years as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Radformation products and multiple TPSs2 year Software as a Medical Device product management experience, including operational management and deliveryVerification and/or validation testing management and completionRegulatory and/or Quality Management System experienceProgramming experience, specifically using C#Project workflow software experience, such as JiraCustomer service experienceWho You AreYou are a clear communicator and believe the team succeeds or fails togetherYou are highly motivated with a strong attention to detailYou are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentYou take ownership of your work and have strong prioritization skillsYou are committed to improving the patient experienceAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
