Requirements and responsibilities

Overview: The client is looking for a developer to lead the implementation of integrations between our platform and our customers’ systems. This role will involve using integration platforms (e.g., Workato, n8n, Tray.io, Zapier, Make/Integromat) to configure, test, and deploy integrations, as well as directly engaging with customers to understand requirements and map data fields between systems. Requirements: A. Must have 3-5 yrs building & maintaining integrations between platform and customer systems using iPaaS tools. B. Must have experience configuring connections using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Basic Auth, etc.). * Experience with an iPaaS tool such as Workato, n8n, Tray.io, Zapier, or Make/Integromat. * Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML. * Experience in data mapping and transformation. C. Should have prior experience conducting technical discussions with customers to understand workflows, data structures, and integration needs as well as mapping fields between systems, ensuring data integrity, correct formats, and proper error handling. D. Should have prior experience validating integrations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data sync errors. E. Should have prior experience collaborating on and support strategic partnership integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, AVEVA, and Ignition. F. Must have experience creating & maintaining integration documentation for both internal and customer use.
