A fast-growing integration services company is seeking an Workflow Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize integrations—primarily between monday.com, make.com, and other platforms. This role involves collaborating with clients to map processes, create automation playbooks, and ensure seamless system connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client workflows and integration needs.
- Design and implement integrations between monday.com, make.com, and other platforms.
- Create flow charts, process maps, and integration playbooks.
- Train clients on integrated systems and provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay current on monday.com and make.com features and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with make.com.
- 1+ year of experience with monday.com.
- Ability to work in North American time zones.
- Strong process mapping and flow chart creation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with integration tools like Zapier (a plus).
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
