As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will provide support to the client site and the Facilities Management team with operational activities in maintenance, vendor oversight, supplies management, and client relationship management. You will actively support an environment of teamwork, inclusion, and performance excellence, ensuring that expected service levels are achieved. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily walkthroughs, responding to work orders, identifying opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, and providing coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and official documentation for the site, complying with all client requirements, and delivering exceptional quality of service. The role requires prior experience in facilities, property management, or related fields, as well as knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and basic technology. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and deal effectively with customer feedback. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the client site and the Facilities Management team with operational activities in maintenance, vendor oversight, and supplies management
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized office spaces
- Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for cost savings and/or best practices
- Assist with ongoing site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained
- Report any deficiencies by submitting work orders, identifying areas of concerns, and assisting with tracking repairs
- Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities
- Maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site
- Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
- Deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback
