We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our team at TIER Mobility. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be involved in the creation of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, creating and releasing accruals, monitoring vendor accounts and master data, bank reconciliation in various currencies, reconciling balance sheet accounts, analyzing and understanding local and group P&L, managing intercompany reconciliation, assisting with prepaid expenses and amortization schedules, supporting the GL team during month-end, and being the main point of contact and support for local audits. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in financial software/ERP NetSuite, IFRS/HGB knowledge, and proficiency in Excel are required. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, and a working knowledge of Hungarian and/or Polish would be a plus.
