We’re hiring a Trilingual Agent (Portuguese + English) to work onsite in Bogotá. The role involves supporting international users by providing accurate solutions and ensuring a professional and empathetic experience. No previous BPO experience is required, as full training will be provided. Location: 100% onsite at Centro Empresarial Conecta – Bogotá Salary & Conditions: * From $3,025,000 COP to $3,465,000 COP (depending on language level B2+ or C1) * 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (24/7) * Permanent contract from day one. * All legal benefits included. * Multicultural environment with growth opportunities. * Stable, long-term project.
