Shipt, Inc. is seeking a full-time Principal Product Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As a Principal Product Manager, you will partner with cross-disciplinary teams to find solutions for the most pressing needs of our multi-sided gig-based business, Shoppers, and Consumers. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineer, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar related field with a focus in Finance or Data Analytics, plus at least 4 years of experience in the proffered position or similar position. The successful candidate will have experience defining business and product features, success metrics, and using metrics to drive decisions. This position offers a competitive salary of $163,571 to $322,720/year and is hybrid, allowing the candidate to work from the company’s San Francisco address or from their home address within commuting distance, as authorized by a manager. Responsibilities:

- Define business and product features and success metrics, and use metrics to drive decisions.
- Create a vision and strategy involving shipped features with engineering, design, and operations partners.
- Utilize data to draw insights to define business and product features and success metrics to drive decisions.
- Get buy-in throughout the organization up to executive level.
- Own Machine Learning driven products.
