### **Job Summary**
The **MSS Product Manager** is responsible for managing the development, documentation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of **Managed Security Services (MSS)** offerings. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring MSS solutions are aligned with customer requirements, industry trends, and the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
The position works closely with internal **DevOps, Security, and Technical teams** to improve service capabilities, optimize delivery processes, and drive innovation. The MSS Product Manager will also collaborate with **OEM vendors and technology partners** to align product roadmaps, integrate emerging security technologies, and maintain competitive, future-ready security solutions.
Through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, the MSS Product Manager ensures the organization’s MSS portfolio continues to deliver value, scalability, and operational excellence.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Managed Security Services offerings, from planning and documentation to continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain MSS product strategies, roadmaps, and service enhancement plans.
* Collaborate with DevOps, Security Operations, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve MSS capabilities and service delivery.
* Work closely with OEM vendors and technology partners to evaluate new security solutions and align product roadmaps.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, automation, scalability, and customer experience.
* Monitor cybersecurity market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to support innovation.
* Define service requirements, documentation standards, and operational processes for MSS solutions.
* Support go-to-market activities, customer requirements, and internal enablement initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, operational performance, and business objectives.
### **Requirements**
* Proven experience in product management, cybersecurity services, or Managed Security Services (MSS).
* Strong understanding of security technologies, SOC operations, and cybersecurity solutions.
* Experience working with security vendors/OEMs and technology partners.
* Knowledge of cloud security, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat monitoring, and incident response solutions is an advantage.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
