We are seeking an experienced Rippling Payroll Compliance Lead to oversee payroll compliance, tax regulations, and payroll operations using the Rippling Payroll platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-state payroll, payroll tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements while partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of Payroll Compliance experience.3+ years of hands-on experience with Rippling Payroll.Strong knowledge of: Multi-State Payroll; Payroll Tax Compliance; Federal & State Payroll Regulations; Payroll Audits; Wage Garnishments; Payroll Reconciliations.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables; VLOOKUP; XLOOKUP; Data Analysis.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.Knowledge of international payroll compliance.Experience integrating Rippling with HRIS, ERP, or Accounting systems.Experience with payroll reporting and business intelligence tools.
