Position Overview:
Kurios City is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to sell residential and commercial solar energy solutions, including solar panel systems, solar roofs, battery storage, EV charging solutions, and other renewable energy products. This opportunity is designed for top-performing sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and thrives in a commission-only environment where performance directly determines earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with homeowners and business owners.
- Educate prospects on solar energy solutions, energy savings, financing options, and return on investment.
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline activities to maximize conversion rates.
- Negotiate and close sales while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and sales platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in solar sales, roofing sales, home improvement sales, energy sales, or other high-ticket sales environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle.
- Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual sales tools.
