Toll account operations:
- Open and manage accounts with toll road authorities.
- Run operational tests and validation on toll accounts.
- Order, track, and manage equipment, including transponders and related hardware.
- Coordinate with toll authorities and internal teams to keep accounts in good standing.
Operational processes:
- Help design, document, and continuously improve operational workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
- Own recurring operational tasks and ensure they run on time.
Financial and data analysis:
- Support basic financial tasks focused on data analysis and reporting.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Analyze operational and financial data to surface insights and support decisions.
General support:
- Take on new operational initiatives as the business grows.
- Review contracts, MSAs, and vendor agreements to provide an initial business read, including flagging key terms, risks, and open questions.
- Act as a reliable right hand across shifting priorities.

Must-have requirements:
- 2-5 years in operations, business analysis, or financial and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- SQL querying skills, including writing and running queries to pull, join, filter, and aggregate operational data for reporting and analysis.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building reports and working with data.
- Fluent, professional English, written and spoken, for regular communication with US-based teams and external partners.
- Ability to work US Eastern time zone business hours.
- Able and willing to travel to the US occasionally, approximately 3 times per year, with a valid passport and ability to obtain a US visa or ESTA.
- Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred.
Nice to have:
- Experience opening or managing accounts with government agencies or authorities.
- Exposure to BI and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Exposure to contract or vendor management.
- Familiarity with toll, fleet, mobility, logistics, or payments operations.
