Coretek is hiring a Business Analyst for our Data & AI Practice.The job: sit with a client's leadership and operations teams, understand how the business actually runs, and find where AI, automation, and data can create real value.You'll lead discovery workshops, map current-state processes, and work directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities for generative AI, machine learning, and process automation. You'll quantify what those opportunities are worth in cost, productivity, or risk reduction, then turn that into requirements our architects and engineers can build from.What we need:3–7 years as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Management ConsultantExperience running stakeholder interviews and process analysisAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsAI/GenAI/automation project experience, Lean or Six Sigma background, or familiarity with Azure AI, Power BI, or CopilotRemote, open across the U.S.
