As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy. Job Summary: The Field Operations Support II assists with the efficient mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of field service crews by managing logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks. Ensures compliance with policies and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Arrange & communicate flight travel, accommodation, and transportation for field crews for both internal and 3rd party resources (where applicable)Process travel security registration, travel insurance, and support visa-related itinerariesProvide support for urgent mobilization/demobilization requests, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by operational needsCoordinate with travel vendors and global counterpartsReconcile corporate card transactions; support PR/PO creation and vendor invoice receiptMaintain and update internal systemsAssist self-bookers whenever needed (e.g. company credit card not working)Collaborate with RM, Events team, HR, EHS, Training, Sourcing, and Immigration teamsGather, validate, and maintain employee and job documentation accuratelyTrack and maintain training records and EHS certifications, including country and site requirementsRespond to routine documentation inquiries and escalate gapsMaintain data accuracy and support basic reportingSupport conferences and/or training eventsSupport general office administrative duties as and when requiredSupport onboarding and PPE distribution (where applicable)Travel may be requiredYou may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.Required Qualifications & Experience:2+ years relevant experience in operations, administration, or customer serviceProficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)Desired Characteristics:Bachelor’s degree in related field preferredStrong organization and time managementGood communication and customer focusAbility to multitask and collaborateIntermediate MS Office skillsFieldCore is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
