Responsibilities

Head of Sales: Crezivanta is looking for one experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales side of our web design and browser extension studio. Responsibilities: - Own the sales process for our web design and browser extension services. - Build and manage your own team of setters and closers. - Choose the outbound and inbound sales channels you believe work best. - Close projects yourself and grow the sales organization. - Keep sales activity and deal progress organized in our CRM. Focus: - Crezivanta handles delivery, development, and fulfillment. - You focus on generating revenue and scaling sales. Compensation: - Commission-only. - Earn 35% of Net Revenue (payments received after fees and refunds) from projects closed by you and your team. - You decide how to split your commission with your own setters and closers. Requirements: - Experience selling high-ticket services (agency, web, consulting, SaaS, software, etc.). - Experience leading or building a sales team. - Strong closing ability and a proven track record of results. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
