We offer competitive pay with room to grow, a supportive team environment, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in residents' lives every day.Pay Rates by RoleRegistered Nurse (RN): $38.00 – $45.00/hr (based on experience)Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.00 – $37.00/hr (based on experience)Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $18.50 – $21.50/hr (based on experience)Registered Nurse (RN)ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate resident care across the facilitySupervise nursing staff to meet resident needs in compliance with state and federal regulationsConduct nursing assessments and make daily rounds on condition changes, critical residents, and behavioral concernsMaintain communication with physicians, families, staff, and the communitySupervise scheduling consistent with staff education, training, and experienceSupervise daily accuracy and completeness of resident health recordsReport changes in resident condition to physicians and families promptlyAudit charts for omissions and errors; investigate incident reportsAssume charge nurse duties in an emergency as neededAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersQualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing with active Colorado RN license1 year of recent experience in long-term care preferredDemonstrated skills in management, team building, and communicationAbility to lift/move objects 50 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs occasionallyLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate resident care; supervise nursing staff and activitiesCoordinate all resident services and facilitate interdisciplinary team communicationComplete nursing assessments as requested; monitor and report condition changesSupervise and maintain the accuracy of resident health recordsMake daily rounds on condition changes, critical residents, and behavioral concernsAudit charts for omissions and errors; investigate incident reportsSupport staff orientation and training on facility policies and proceduresAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersQualificationsGraduate of an accredited LPN program with active Colorado LPN license1 year of recent long-term care experience preferredAbility to train new staff on facility policies and proceduresAbility to lift 50 lbs minimum; strong organizational and communication skillsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)2 openings available — Evening and Night shifts.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with all activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and meal assistanceAnswer resident call lights promptly and respond to needs throughout the shiftTake and record vital signs; measure and record intake and outputAssist residents to and from the bathroom; maintain cleanliness for incontinent residentsTransport residents to activities, therapy, recreation, and other areas of the facilityObserve and report changes in resident condition, attitude, and appetite to the supervising nurseApply aseptic technique in all resident care to prevent infectionAssist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care of residents in isolationQualificationsMust hold current Colorado CNA certificationPrevious experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferredAbility to lift, push, or pull in excess of 50 lbs; occasionally up to 160 lbsCompassionate, reliable, and committed to resident dignity and comfort.
