Position OverviewHealthEdge is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of the new HealthRules Payer (HRP) WebUI — the modern web-based interface replacing our legacy desktop client. This is a highly visible, ground-up modernization effort spanning the full breadth of the HRP platform, and the successful candidate will own the roadmap, requirements, and user experience direction that guides configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users through this transition.This role requires someone who can balance deep healthcare claims administration domain knowledge with strong product management fundamentals, and who is comfortable partnering closely with UX and engineering to make sound tradeoffs on usability, performance, and migration sequencing.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap and backlog for the HRP WebUI, prioritizing feature parity, usability improvements, and net-new capabilities relative to the legacy desktop applicationDefine detailed requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for web-based configuration and claims administration screens in partnership with UX designers and engineering leadsLead discovery with configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users to understand legacy desktop workflows and translate them into modern, efficient web experiencesDevelop and communicate a clear migration strategy and sequencing plan for moving customers from the legacy desktop application to the WebUI with minimal disruptionPartner with UX/UI designers on interaction design, navigation patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure the WebUI meets modern usability expectationsCollaborate with engineering throughout sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles to ensure timely, high-quality deliveryDefine and track success metrics for WebUI adoption, performance, and user satisfaction, using data to inform prioritization decisionsServe as the subject matter expert on HRP WebUI capabilities for sales, implementation, and customer success teams, including support for customer and prospect conversationsManage stakeholder communication and expectations across customers, executives, and cross-functional teams regarding WebUI roadmap and release timingSupport user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and phased rollouts to validate the WebUI against real-world claims administration workflowsRequired Qualifications5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of roadmap, requirements, and delivery for enterprise software productsDirect experience in healthcare claims administration, core administrative processing systems (CAPS), or payer operationsDemonstrated ability to translate complex, legacy desktop workflows into modern web-based user experiencesStrong analytical and prioritization skills, with experience balancing competing stakeholder needs across customers, sales, and engineeringExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting roadmap and product decisions to executive and customer audiencesBachelor’s degree in business, health administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with UI/UX development, design systems, or front-end web technologies, sufficient to engage credibly with designers and engineers on interaction design tradeoffsHands-on familiarity with HealthRules Payer or a comparable core administrative processing systemExperience leading legacy-to-web application migrations or platform modernization initiativesExperience with Agile/Scrum product delivery methodologiesGeographic Responsibility: Remote, USType of Employment: Full-time, permanentFLSA Classification (USA Only): ExemptWork Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions
