In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable, role-based enablement that helps our customer-facing teams confidently tell GitLab’s AI-powered platform story across the entire customer lifecycle. 🚀In this role, you will:Own the strategy and roadmap for field enablement content focused on GitLab’s AI capabilities and Duo Agent Platform (DAP)Build and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, demos, technical labs, and certifications that keep AEs, SAs, CSMs, and partners ready for launches and ongoing innovationPartner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to turn complex technical topics into clear, value-based messaging the field can use in real customer conversationsGitLab is an all-remote, values-driven company where we embrace AI as a core productivity multiplier, invest in growth and development, and focus on practical, measurable enablement that scales globally.If you (or someone you know) has experience in sales or technical enablement, L&D, or product marketing for B2B software and loves building programs that make it easier for the field to have better customer conversations, I’d love for you to take a look and apply or share with your network.
