We’re looking for a Senior Collaboration Engineer – M365 to join a strategic enterprise initiative focused on electronic communications, collaboration technology, compliance, and vendor governance.What You’ll DoAssess third-party applications for chat, messaging, file sharing, voice, video, SMS, AI assistants, and other communication capabilities.Partner with software vendors, Legal, Compliance, Records Management, InfoSec, and business stakeholders.Develop communication assessment frameworks and document compliance risks, retention, archiving, and governance capabilities.Evaluate remediation options, including restrictions, policy controls, retention, archiving, and integration with Proofpoint.Serve as an M365 SME across Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Forms.Assess eDiscovery, journaling, APIs, export capabilities, retention, and compliance integrations.Drive requirements gathering, project plans, status reporting, risk tracking, vendor engagement, and executive communications.Ideal Background5+ years in Microsoft 365, collaboration technology, compliance technology, or related areasStrong M365 collaboration expertiseExperience conducting vendor/technology assessmentsBusiness Analysis & Project Management experienceKnowledge of electronic communications compliance and records managementExperience with Microsoft Purview and/or Proofpoint preferredUnderstanding of SEC, FINRA, retention, eDiscovery, and legal hold concepts is a plusThis is a great opportunity for someone who can bridge technology, compliance, vendor management, and enterprise governance while helping shape a secure and compliant communications ecosystem.
