Requirements and responsibilities

We're expanding our Enterprise AI Engineering team and are looking for a strong Backend Engineer who has built production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and large-scale enterprise backend systems.Experience (Mandatory)>2–5 years of relevant backend development experience ONLYLess than 2 years or more than 5 years will not be considered.Only candidates with relevant enterprise backend experience should apply.Mandatory Technical SkillsStrong Python developmentFastAPI (production experience)Designing and developing enterprise-scale REST APIsExperience building RAG-based AI applicationsIntegration with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworksHands-on experience with Vector DatabasesStrong knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimizationStrong understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)Backend performance tuning, scalability, concurrency, and optimizationExperience deploying highly available enterprise applicationsStrong debugging, profiling, and system design skillsGood to HaveAI Agent architectureMCP (Model Context Protocol)LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksAzure AI, Azure OpenAI, or cloud-native AI servicesDocker & KubernetesCI/CD and DevOps practicesIf you've built AI systems that serve thousands of users, optimized high-performance APIs, and developed enterprise-grade RAG platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
